I had been finding it difficult to turn over in bed due to pain. Had seen slide sheets on web sites so thought I'd try one. Went for a basic one as wanted to check out the full use of it before upgrading . Since I've been using the slide sheet I found it less painful and a lot easier to turn over without assistance from others
