Sit Stand workstations offer an effective remedy for many of the classic office-related problems concerning the cardiovascular and musculo-skeletal systems and digestive tract. Standing whilst working creates a healthier office environment and the options to switch between sitting and standing gives the user the optimum ergonomic solution.
