Stairlift

I have recently purchased and had fitted a Handicare Freecurve Stairlift it does the job not quite as smooth a ride as I was led to believe but having never used a stairlift before I have nothing to compare it with.

I was a bit unsatisfied with the installation as at no time was I measured and as a result when I am using it my knees are in contact with the wall.

Also I paid for a 3rd charging point on the rail which broke on installation and that was a month ago they are supposed to be coming back to fix it but I have heard nothing from them since.
