Gardening with poor balance/mobility

We bought these high plant holders in place of our old raised beds so that I could grow things even though I cant bend over safely.
They were cheap so it was low risk and not wasting too much money if I did not use it. It's not as attractive as wooden raised beds but much cheaper! It looks reasonable and has survived fine in the hot summer and the cold winter.
