Ease of Getting in and out of Bed.

An excellent benefit of an adjustable bed is I am able to sit up and down independently This is so beneficial as I am able to move in and out of bed easier.
By raising my torso first, it is far easier to move my legs out of bed and get into a standing position or to manoeuvre into my wheelchair. I am more independent and I am in less pain when I mobilise out of bed each day.

Relief from pain

I am in an improved ergonomic position. This adjustable bed has enabled me to customise my sleeping position and support key areas of the body relieving pain. I am also able to alter the angle of the mattress throughout the night and adjust my sleeping position every few hours.

My adjustable bed allows me to raise my legs and feet throughout the night and reduce the severity of swelling.

By raising my legs it has enabled me to maintain a healthy circulation and prevent fluid from gathering in my lower legs, ankles and feet. The inbuilt massage unit on the bed is ideal as it has improved my circulation.

I often struggle to fall asleep; and my adjustable bed has enabled me to find a more comfortable position enabling me to feel more relaxed and fall asleep very quickly.
